The initial phone screening interview is the first direct exposure to New Beginning program. We want to get to know you, and also let you know who we are, what we do and make sure we are a good fit for each other, most importantly is what your main needs are.
Step 1: Phone Interview
Upon acceptance you become the guest of our recovery houses, you will be meeting your house manager, and he will guide and help you accomplish move in process, show you around the house, what needs to be done around your room and the house etc.

Step 3: New Guest Orientation
After you settle in the house, our office assisstant will reach out and set up a zoom orientation with you, and most importantly to get to know you more, to see exactly how we can meet your needs, to show you the resources we have, and how we can help you further on your recovery journey.
